The Coalition for a Tobacco-Free Hawaii, the Hawaii State Department of Health, and the Tobacco Prevention and Control Trust Fund are pleased to present the Five-Year, 2005-2010, Strategic Plan for Tobacco Prevention & Control in Hawaii. The Plan is intended to serve as the principal guide in the fight against tobacco. The plan defines the goals and the priority strategies necessary to reduce the health and economic burden of tobacco in Hawaii over the next five years. It represents the work of over 250 individuals and organizations from across the state.
